However, 9wifi may also suspend or close an account on its own initiative in the following cases:

• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.

• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

Before closing an account, 9wifi will attempt to send a notice by email. Whether any remaining balance is refunded depends on the circumstances of each individual case.
